Over the past couple of months, Robert has made a huge impact with his hard work and dedication to our parts inventory. Always cheerful and willing to lend a hand, Robert’s positive attitude and commitment to going the extra mile never go unnoticed. He’s not just a team player—he’s awesome, and we’re lucky to have him! |

Their hard work and dedication continue to keep operations running smoothly. • Clayton and Alex traveled to Pensacola to build an AM350 for EIK. ➡️ Great job to the whole team for keeping the momentum strong! |  |

Major AccomplishmentsWe’re proud to announce that Texas Dewatering has received full county acceptance for the extensive work completed along the Brazos River banks. This marks a significant milestone, with 96% of the overall project now finished. Final completion is on the horizon, and we’re excited to see this major effort successfully come to a close soon. | |

Business Trends✅ TXD is actively expanding into new markets, including utilities, paving, and water treatment plants. We’re also pursuing opportunities to self-perform more technical and complex projects. While we continue to grow and diversify, we remain committed to the core services that built our foundation—mass excavation, marine construction, dredging, and dewatering. ✅ Rentals continue to climb, and our Service Team is doing an excellent job keeping up with the increased demand. ✅ While new equipment sales remain steady, we’re seeing strong performance in used equipment sales, which is helping drive momentum. ✅ There’s some uncertainty surrounding recently announced tariffs, but as of now, none of our suppliers have been directly impacted.
