Exciting progress is underway! We have officially begun clearing the newly acquired property that will soon become the future headquarters of Houston Heavy Machinery, ElK Solutions, and Texas Dewatering.

Over the past few weeks, crews have been hard at work removing debris, leveling the land, and preparing the site for the next phase of development.

The Ranch

HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE AT KOBELCO’S RANCH

Earlier this month, a few of our HHM sales reps had the opportunity to take a group of customers to Kobelco’s Ranch for an exclusive hands-on experience with the machines we offer.

Led by Jordan Sonnier, our District Business Manager, the group received in-depth training on Kobelco’s equipment lineup, gaining valuable insights into their capabilities and performance.

Earlier this month, a few of our HHM sales reps had the opportunity to take a group of customers to Kobelco’s Ranch for an exclusive hands-on experience with the machines we offer.

Led by Jordan Sonnier, our District Business Manager, the group received in-depth training on Kobelco’s equipment lineup, gaining valuable insights into their capabilities and performance.

Customers also had the chance to operate the machines firsthand, putting their power and precision to the test in a real-world setting.

It was a great experience for everyone involved, strengthening our knowledge and relationships in the field!

In November 2024, the ElK team attended the SAME Small Business Conference hosted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

During the event, Angelica Fonseca was invited to participate in a focused group discussing environmental projects.

Impressed by ElK’s expertise, the group requested Angelica to author an article for The Military Engineer magazine.

Her insightful piece on the applications of ElK’s Amphibious Excavators was published in the January-February 2025 issue, significantly enhancing our company’s visibility within the
