Hands-on learning at the Kobelco Ranch



	Last month, our sales team headed out to the Kobelco Ranch for their monthly sales meeting. They got behind the controls, reviewed the numbers, and leveled up their product knowledge because nothing beats knowing the machine from the ground up! The hands-on training gave the team a deeper understanding of the equipment and sparked valuable conversations around strategy and growth. Beyond the machines and metrics, the visit gave the team a chance to connect, collaborate, and stay aligned on our shared goals. Big thanks to Kobelco for the hospitality and the continued partnership!

Sales on Fire: Cole Rinn Takes the Belt!

Winner of the Excellent Sales Rep Championship Belt for Q2!

Cole crushed it last quarter and closed out with an impressive $1.7 million in equipment sales, including multiple new Kobelco units and a new Takeuchi TL12. Even more impressive, he made these sales across 12 unique customers, showcasing both reach and relationship-building.

Huge shoutout to Cole for his hustle, consistency, and commitment to excellence! And a big thank you to the incredible team behind the scenes that keeps Houston Heavy Machinery moving forward.

Over the past several weeks, our Business Development and Operations teams have been working tirelessly to expand our project portfolio, and their dedication is paying off. We’re thrilled to announce that Texas Dewatering has finalized contract agreements for three substantial new projects, each bringing fresh opportunities to showcase our expertise and strengthen client relationships. All three initiatives are set to break ground within the next month, setting the stage for an especially busy and exciting season ahead.

Securing multiple contracts in such a short time frame is a testament to the talent, collaboration, and relentless drive of every department. From estimating and legal to our hardworking field crews… thank you for your commitment to excellence and for consistently going the extra mile to deliver the quality and service TXD is known for.
